What is the return policy?
- We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, incorrect, or not as described.
- Items must be unused and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- For refund requests, kindly contact us with your order details and proof of concern. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
When will I get my order?
Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll process and ship your order right away. Delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro Manila: 2–4 business days
- Provincial areas: 4–7 business days
- International shipping (if applicable): Varies depending on courier and destination.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your package has been shipped, so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
** For pre-order items, we will place your order right away after payment is confirmed.
- Processing & Sourcing: 2–14 business days (depending on availability)
- Local Delivery: Once your item arrives at our shop, we’ll ship it out to you immediately. Standard delivery then apply.
