Are your bags authentic?
Yes — 100%. We source our items from trusted suppliers, including outlet purchases and direct distributors, as well as preloved pieces that we carefully authenticate before listing. We do not sell replicas or imitations of any kind.

How do you authenticate preloved bags?
Every preloved item goes through our own authentication check before it's listed. We look at hardware, stitching, lining, serial numbers, and overall condition — and we describe each item's condition honestly in the listing. If something isn't perfect, we'll tell you upfront. What you see is what you get.
Can I reserve an item?
Yes! Message us on Facebook and we can hold an item for up to 24 hours with a reservation deposit. Once the deposit is received, your bag is secured while you arrange full payment. We move fast on new arrivals, so don't wait too long!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash, Maya, BPI/BDO bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select areas. Once you place your order, we'll send you payment details via message. Full payment is required before we process and ship your order.
What is the return policy?
- We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, incorrect, or not as described.
- Items must be unused and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- For refund requests, kindly contact us with your order details and proof of concern. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
When will I get my order?
Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll process and ship your order right away. Delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro Manila: 2–4 business days
- Provincial areas: 4–7 business days
- International shipping (if applicable): Varies depending on courier and destination.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your package has been shipped, so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
** For pre-order items, we will place your order right away after payment is confirmed.
- Processing & Sourcing: 2–14 business days (depending on availability)
- Local Delivery: Once your item arrives at our shop, we’ll ship it out to you immediately. Standard delivery then apply.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
